What Makes Infinity Unique

Our services, small groups, and our passion for technology

If you’re like us, you’re looking for something different. Your faith hasn’t changed – you’re just looking to express it in a way that makes sense to you. Here’s a brief description of how we do church. If you think Infinity would be a good fit for you, stop by one Sunday. We’d love to meet you!

Our service is short, typically 75 minutes.

This is what you’ll experience during a typical service:

  • 30 minutes of great music
  • A message that teaches you something new about God and challenges you to apply it to your life
  • Powerful video presentations
  • Interaction with others from your community
  • An environment that fosters life-change

You don’t have to dress up for church!

At Infinity, we encourage a diversity of styles. You’re just as likely to see someone rockin’ a Ravens or Redskins jersey and jeans as you are to see someone in a shirt and slacks. And we like it like that. Why? Because we want everyone to feel welcome!

Small Groups are a huge part of what we do.

The Bible is full of activities God wants his people to do. The trouble is, it’s impossible to squeeze all those things into our Sunday morning service. So when do we find time to do them?  We commit to spending time with one another during the week. When we’re together, we:

  • Share what’s going on in our lives
  • Enjoy meals together
  • Discuss God’s word and how to apply Pastor Aaron’s messages
  • Pray for one another
  • Encourage each other to keep following God
  • Work together to help others in our community
  • Have fun!

We call these get-togethers “home community meetings.” Each group is made up of about 8 - 12 people. Some meet twice a month. Others gather every week. Groups from our Laurel and Baltimore campuses meet from Baltimore to the Waldorf area. Contact us to find out how to join one of these groups.

We love technology!

Our message must never change, but the methods we use to deliver it have to change. That’s one of the reasons we embrace technology. You’ll see this in the way we communicate. For example, we harness the power of social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace to tell others about what’s going on at Infinity. On Sunday mornings, you can also expect to see video incorporated into our services. So if you love technology, this could be the church for you. Bring your ideas, training, programs, apps, cameras, and skills to help us spread the word about how good God is!
